我把美股出完了，在西雅图买了个农场，占地30多亩，有好多间卧室，室外浴池，马厩，温室，果园，树林，森林木屋，凉亭….🌳
I sold my U.S. stocks and bought a ranch in Seattle. 5 acres with a single family house, a jacuzzi, a barn, a mini orchard, woods, cabin…🛀

距离市中心和机场都30分钟。
(I might need to build a court and a pool).
The ranch is 30 mins from downtown and Sea-Tac Airport.

入行Web3之后，一直想在西雅图买个农场，给当地从业者和Web3爱好者们。

要山清水秀，能办黑客松，能随时给项目方们住，能host周末研讨，小型峰会。
往后任何项目在西雅图对Web3有需求，这里都是他们的家。
Ever since I got into crypto, I’ve wanted a ranch in Seattle for local crypto folks.

A place of natural beauty where we could host hacker houses, accommodate builders, and run weekend workshops and summits.
Any future crypto projects in Seattle could call this ranch home.

我热爱这个行业。
所以想给所有对它好奇的人归途。

I love crypto.
I want to give everyone curious about it a place to belong.

入行后工作一直很忙，刚好最近换工作，有了几周闲，就一边看房一边出美股，准备房钱。
上次大跌出到65%，然后反弹，然后我终于看到了心仪的农场。
当场下单。

然后我开始猛烈的出美股凑房钱。出到上周刚好全部出完。
今早起床，看见市场哀嚎一片。
这波运气是真爆表😱。
Work had kept me busy, but with a recent job change, I had two weeks to spare.
I spent the time looking at realties intensively and selling off my stocks.

Finally I sold off the all my stocks over the last week.
I woke up this morning and wow.
I was so lucky🥲

唯一的问题就是对Web3太有信仰，分币没出，现在都还套着。
但反正我的职业生涯也一起套在里面。
只能用心Build了。

The only issue is my unwavering faith in crypto.
I haven’t sold any tokens.
But my career and life are both tied to it anyway, and I am the worst trader I have ever seen anyway, so it’s fine.

我的需求很明确：地足够大，能做hosting house，能同时容纳几百上千人的活动，能容纳一二十人住，离市中心和机场都不远，有娱乐设施，安静，能亲近自然。
My requirements were clear: large enough for hosting hundreds of people, with rooms accommodating a dozen, not far from downtown and the airport, with entertainment facilities, tranquil, and close to nature.
